VitalStaff operates with the intent to make a difference in the medical
staffing industry. The company's mission is to provide medical facilities
with highly motivated, experienced, and caring medical professionals who
are dedicated to providing quality patient care.
The intended result of the company's services is to lower staffing costs
for facilities through improved productivity, lower incident rates and
competitive pricing.
While this philosophy is not novel, it is rarely executed as intended.
There is a plethora of medical staffing agencies that have created a
"quality gap" within the staffing arena; VitalStaff was created to fill
that gap.
