Need a home Caregiver?
VitalStaff began with the philosophy that providing homecare services should be focused on the well-being of patients, rather the "bottom line". Because of this, the company has strived to provide patients, and the families of patients with an inexpensive alternative for medical and non-medical home care.  

By creating relationships directly between families and caretakers and eliminating reoccurring agency fees, VitalStaff has created an economical solution for families, while maintaining a high degree of quality.

How we select our Caregivers:
VitalStaff caregivers are chosen carefully by an experienced medical professional. They may be RN's, CNA's or just skilled companions, depending on your family's needs. All of our caregivers go through the following process:
  1. A thorough in-person interview by our experienced management team.
  2. A nationwide background/criminal check (and driver's license check if driving is required).
  3. Completion of competencies and a detailed skills checklist.
  4. Follow-up on professional references.
What our Caregivers can do:
Homecare can be a great alternative to placement into assisted living facilities. Our Caregivers can live within the home, or visit on a scheduled basis. Below you will find a brief description of the things you can expect a Caregiver to do.
  • Ambulatory assistance
  • Wound care
  • Aid with incontinence
  • Alzheimer's care
  • Bathing/Dressing
  • Meal Preparation/Feeding
  • Light house chores
  • Driving
  • Companionship

    Our process:
    1. We will ask you and/or your family member a series of detailed questions to determine what type of Caregiver you and/or your loved one need.
    2. We will find a Caregiver that has the skills necessary to serve your needs best.
    3. The Caregiver will undergo a thorough screening process.
    4. We will introduce the Caregiver to you and/or the person they will be giving care to, in order to make sure both parties feel they have the right match.
    5. If the match is what everyone expected, we will place the Caregiver for a trial period of 30 days.
